We have been using Bobby Brannon Heating & Air for years. It's Sunday and I just called them. The secretary, who was very friendly, took my information and said someone would call me back. They called back within 10 minutes and they are coming out today. We have always gotten excellent service from them.

We bought a brand new system from Brannon's in the heat of the summer and our unit is located upstairs in a pretty bad spot with no plywood to walk on. They had a very good price and were very nice and easy to work with! We had a problem with the installation due to some sub contractors, but Brannon fixed the problem fast and made it easy. They put plywood down in our attic so that the unit is not dangerous to get to, and were nothing but nice and accommodating once aware of the problem. Definitely recommend Bryan to work with! Buying a new AC and heating unit is a scary thing because it's expensive and nerve wracking to make sure you're picking the best option for your budget. Bryan made us feel very comfortable in our price range and when we (meaning me!) got nervous about a potential problem that had absolutely nothing to do with the unit installed but had everything to do with bad ductwork, they came out and re-evaluated and had us set up all done in a week. They did great with us!
